MONTEYA LIMITED WARRANTY
This limited warranty covers defects in material or workmanship for new MONTEYA products purchased on MONTEYA.COM. Please note that this warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage caused by personal use.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred. It applies exclusively to products bought directly from MONTEYA.COM. Products purchased elsewhere are not covered under this warranty.
What is Covered?
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by:
- Commercial use
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, accidents (e.g., collisions, spills, fire), neglect, or abuse
- Alteration, stress, or modification
- Improper storage or unauthorized repair
Scratched, fractured, or shattered lenses are not covered, and the warranty does not extend to any consequential or incidental damages.
Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
How to Claim Warranty
To request warranty service, contact us at warranty@monteya.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid return label. Include proof of purchase when sending your product back.
If your claim is valid, MONTEYA will cover the return shipping costs. Products returned without a valid claim or proper documentation may be rejected or returned at your expense. If unclaimed after 30 days, the product may be disposed of after notification.
What Will MONTEYA Do?
Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, MONTEYA will either repair or replace the defective product. We may opt to replace it with a new or refurbished product, or refund the original purchase price if replacement is unreasonable. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty or for 60 days, whichever is longer.
Non-Warranty Repairs
