Can I change my delivery adress?
If your order had not been shipped already, we should be able to update your delivery adres, as long as the delivery country stays the same. Please contact us urgently if you need to change your delivery adress.
Can I change my billing adress?
After your order has placed, we are unable to change your billing adres due to financial security.
Can I add or remove items in my order?
Once orders have processed through our system, we are unable to change the order. This means that we are unable to add or remove items from your order. If you wish to purchase an additional item, please place a new order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped.
Payments
How do I pay for my order?
When you have added your favorite high end eyewear pieces to your cart, simply click on Checkout and you will be directed to our checkout page. Here you can pay for your order once you have given us the asked information.
Which payment methodes are available?
You can pay for your order in our secured checkout system with your local payment methods. This includes: iDEAL, Klarna, ApplePay, PayPal, MasterCard, VISA, Belfius, Sofort, KBC/CBC & Bankcontant.
When will my order be charged?
If your payment card or method is authorized, you will be charged immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. Only paid orders will be processed.
We do not charge (afterwards) fees for failed payment transactions.
My payment failed, what now?
If your payment was declined at the checkout, please check the following:
- All necessary information had been entered correctly.
- You have enough balance on your card or account to place the order at our website
If everything seems to be correct and it is still not working, please try paying with another card/payment method. If none of the above works for you, please contact us so we can look into this for you and find the right solution.

What material are your frames made from?
Our frames are crafted from the highest quality acetate. This premium material makes the frames hypoallergenic, ensuring comfort for all skin types. Additionally, acetate is renowned for being lightweight and strong, providing both a luxurious feel and robust durability.
To enhance the resilience and longevity of our eyewear, we incorporate a metal skeleton within the acetate. This internal metal structure significantly reinforces the frames, making them exceptionally sturdy and capable of withstanding everyday wear and tear.
What are your lenses made from?
Our lenses are made from TAC polarized lenses. TAC (Tri-Acetate Cellulose) provides superior optical clarity and reduces glare with a specialized filter. These lenses are durable, scratch and heat resistant, and offer 100% protection against harmful UVA and UVB rays, ensuring clear vision and excellent protection.

Do you offer prescription lenses?
We do not offer prescription lenses at this moment. However, we will offer them in the near future so keep an eye on our eyewear.
Care and Maintenance
Where should I store my eyewear?
Store your eyewear in the provided case in a dry place. The ideal temperature is between -8°C and +35°C. Avoid putting them face down on any surface as this may cause the frame or lenses to scratch.
What is the best way to clean my eyewear?
Clean your eyewear with warm water and a bit of mild soap, avoiding alcohol or solvents. Dry and wipe them with the included microfiber cloth to remove dust. Avoid using other cloths to prevent damage. Always store your glasses in a protective case to keep them in top condition.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, at MONTEYA, we provide a 12-month warranty on our eyewear from the date of purchase. If your glasses arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately. You can return them for a replacement with the original proof of purchase.
Please note, our warranty does not cover eyewear that has been altered, personalized, or damaged through normal use.
Account
Do I need an account to place any order?
No, you do not need an account to order on our webshop. However, with your own account you can view old orders and the status of your current order. Creating an account is easy and can be done during checkout.
I forgot my password. What now?
If you have forgotten your password, press the "Forgot Password" button at the bottom of the login page to request a new password. If you enter your email address, you will automatically receive a new password. If you (still) have login problems, please feel free to contact us.
