RETURN POLICY

At Monteya, your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the items are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging and condition. If accepted, we will refund the whole order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.

Domestic Returns (Netherlands and Belgium)

For returns within the Netherlands and Belgium, please contact our customer service at returns@monteya.com to initiate the return process. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return form and label. Simply attach the label to your package, include the return form inside (download HERE), and drop it off at your nearest recommended post office.

International Returns

For international returns, email us at returns@monteya.com with your order number (starting with MNTY), the items you’d like to return, and the email address used for your purchase. This information will allow us to create your return label. Once requested, we’ll guide you step by step through the return process.

Complete the return form (download HERE), and place it inside your package, then affix the return label to the outside of the box. The package should be sent via your local post office.

Return Processing Time

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Once received, we’ll inspect and process your return within 3-5 business days. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for your order. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear once your return has been processed and approved. Please note that original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
